ABOUT

I'm Carl Mefferd, or "Meff." I'm a freelance illustrator and comic artist from the New England area. I've been the co-creator and artist of the steampunk high seas adventure "Doctor Atlantis," the artist/writer of "Falling Awake" and I currently write and draws the webcomic "JoyRiders."   I'm a graduate from the Center for Cartoon Studies in Vermont.
